Occupational therapy is a worthy investment for your family. A whole body 75 minute evaluation allows us to look at your child in-depth without being rushed. You are given a personalized program for ways to achieve your goals at home. I do not currently participate in-network with any insurance plans, however, I am happy to guide you through the process of receiving reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. I do not currently provide in-home services, and all visits will be completed in clinic at 2200 Randolph Road Suite 1, Charlotte NC 28207.

I reserve the full time slot for you and your child. While I know sickness and unforeseen circumstances do occur, I kindly request a full 24 hour cancelation notice so that I may accommodate waitlisted families.

Please note: You will be discharged from the practice if you are late, cancel, or miss two appointments.
